Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, digital platforms, and channel partners.
- Identify potential customers and understand their property requirements.




- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and property features to prospective clients.
- Conduct property/site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist customers with documentation and booking formalities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
