nWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive/professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and maintains the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

nAs a Personal Assistant, you will serve as a key partner, managing both professional and personal responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and allow the executive to focus on high-level priorities.

n Key Responsibilities
n- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate across multiple time zones
n- Handle travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas) and prepare detailed travel packs
n- Manage email correspondence,



prioritize inbox items, draft responses, and follow up on action items
n- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events
n- Assist with personal tasks including household management, family scheduling, errands, and special projects
n- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
n- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
n- Track expenses, manage budgets for projects or travel, and prepare reports
n- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

n- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
n- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
