We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admissions Calling Executive to connect with prospective students and parents, create awareness about academic programmes, understand their interests, qualify leads, and support them through the application and admission journey.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication and convincing skills, enjoy interacting with students and parents, and be comfortable working in a target-oriented calling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned databases and fresh leads.
- Create awareness about relevant academic programmes, entrance routes and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' course, campus and programme preferences and assess their interest and readiness to apply.
- Identify and qualify interested and warm leads for further engagement.
- Provide students and parents with approved programme and application information.
- Share application links and guide interested candidates through the application process.




- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested students and parents to drive application completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, lead status, and follow-up actions in the approved CRM/tracker.
- Maintain clear and updated lead statuses, including Interested, Call Back, Application Started, Application Completed, Admission Follow-up, and Closed.
- Respond promptly to fresh leads received from the School Outreach team.
- Use relevant school and programme information while engaging with prospective students.
- Identify potential opportunities and communicate relevant feedback to the Outreach and Admissions teams.
- Escalate queries related to eligibility, fees, counselling, programmes, or admissions to the appropriate Directorate of Admissions team.
