Role Overview
AQM Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President / Sales Head – Global Sales to lead its India and International Sales organization. The role is responsible for driving strategic business growth, expanding the company's global footprint, developing high-performing sales teams, and accelerating revenue across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise IT services sales, have a proven track record of building successful sales organizations, and demonstrate the ability to engage with C-level executives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership




- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with AQM's business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the India and International Sales teams to achieve aggressive business growth.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
- Define sales KPIs, pipeline governance, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms.

Business Development
- Drive new customer acquisition across India and international markets.
- Develop strategic go-to-market plans for Quality Engineering, Software Testing, AI-led Testing, Digital Engineering, and Cybersecurity services.
- Identify current market opportunities, partnerships, and industry verticals.
- Expand AQM's presence across enterprise accounts globally.

Client & Stakeholder Management
