nRole & Responsibilities
nThis is a full-time, in office role for a Design Head, based in Bangalore, India.

- n
- Lead end-to-end design for luxury residential projects (villas, penthouses, HNI homes) and F&B; spaces (restaurants, lounges, cafes)n
- Build the India design team hire, mentor, and grow a team of 3-5 designers in Year 1n
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI clients and F&B; brand owners in Bangalore and South Indian
- Translate Moori's Dubai design language into the Indian context while maintaining brand standardsn
- Own project delivery timelines, vendor coordination,

- Present concepts and pitches to prospective clients; represent Moori at industry eventsn

nPreferred candidate profile
n• 8–12 years in interior design with a strong portfolio in luxury residential AND F&B;
n• Proven experience managing a design team (3+ people)
n• Track record of independently acquiring or growing a high-end client base
n• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray (or equivalent)
n• Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
