Role Description
This is a remote full time contractual role (6-12 months) for an Instructional Designer working with a Pune-based EdTech firm.
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining instructional content aligned to defined learning objectives and pedagogical standards. The role involves close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Senior Instructional Designers, and Project Managers to produce high-quality learning experiences across assigned modules or programs.

Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Development
- Worked on storyboarding for US K-12 education segment (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT) or K-12 India or Corporate / Vocational Learning Courses
- Conduct needs analysis to understand learning objectives, learner profiles, and content requirements




- Design and develop instructional artifacts such as blueprints, outlines, storyboards, assessments, and learning activities
- Apply established instructional design models and pedagogical best practices to create engaging and effective content
- Translate SME inputs into explicit, structured, and learner-centric instructional materials

Content Execution & Quality
- Develop content in alignment with defined guidelines, templates, and quality standards
- Ensure instructional materials are consistent, accurate, and aligned with curriculum goals
- Incorporate feedback from Senior IDs, SMEs, and stakeholders to continuously improve learning assets

Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with Senior Instructional Designers to implement design direction and standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers to meet timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations
- Participate in design reviews
