Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service operations, case management, and queue performance.
- Conduct quality audits and provide coaching to team members.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing technical training.
- Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage escalations and ensure process compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Storage technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience in service operations, case management, and reporting.
