About the RoleAldecor Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly capable and design-oriented Design Associate with an Architecture background to work closely with our Director.

This is a high-trust role for someone with strong design ability, visual thinking, emotional intelligence and a proactive approach.



The individual will work directly with the Director across design development, client interactions, site visits, presentations, project coordination and special assignments, while working closely with the wider Design and Project Teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership, adapting to changing priorities and travelling with the Director when required.

Key Responsibilities1. Design Development
- Develop design concepts and detailed design solutions based on project requirements.
- Develop 2D space planning options, layouts, elevations, sections and design details.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material palettes and visual references.
- Translate design ideas into practical and execution-oriented solutions.
- Support the development and refinement of design proposals based on feedback.

2. Working Drawings & Technical Support
- Prepare and update working and GFC drawings as required.
- Develop detailed drawings including furn
