Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Execute hands-on operational set-ups in M&G; systems for recent client mandates, fund launches, account openings, lifecycle changes and other onboarding events, covering:
- Fund structures, Asset and Share class and legal setup
- Co-ordinates Custody account and market specific opening
- Market and instrument configurations
- Derivatives (ETD/OTC) setups including associated collateral/clearing arrangements.
- Set up standing instructions where applicable
- Ensure all set-ups are completed with 100% accuracy and within agreed SLA/timelines to support time-to-market objectives.
- Liaise with external custodians, administrators, brokers and other third-party providers to provide necessary data and documentation for their operationa
