AML/KYC Risk Management and Outsourcing Manager

Northern Trust is seeking an experienced and highly motivated governance professional to lead the day-to-day oversight of AML/KYC risk management and outsourcing governance activities within the First Line of Defence (1LOD) AML/KYC function.



Reporting to the Global Head of AML/KYC Governance, this role will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, oversight, and risk management across the KYC Center of Excellence (CoE).

The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to Business Unit leadership, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and outsourcing partners, helping to strengthen Northern Trust's AML/KYC risk framework and ensuring governance obligations are executed consistently across the global operating model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of AML/KYC risks across the Center of Excellence.
- Oversee the management of issues, control deficiencies, audit findings, and regulatory actions, ensuring timely remediation and sustainable resolution.
- Coordinate and support enterprise risk management activities, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments
