About AyurPet:-
AyurPet is a young, bootstrapped pet wellness brand built around one idea — that our pets deserve the same clean, thoughtful care we seek for ourselves. We make Ayurvedic supplements and treats for dogs and cats, and we sell across India and Dubai. We're a small team, which means you'll work closely with the founders, wear multiple hats, and actually see the impact of your work.

What You Should Know Before Applying:-
- There is real growth here. If you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, move into senior customer success, sales, or marketing roles, and grow your compensation meaningfully.
- You will learn a lot. You'll get exposure to D2C business & customer psychology and what it takes to build a brand from the ground up. That's genuinely hard to get elsewhere at this stage of your career.
- The team is small.
You'll work directly with senior people and founders. There's no bureaucracy, but there's also no large team to hide in — you'll be expected to show up and contribute from day one.
What This Role Is:-
You'll be the voice our customers hear after they've placed an order. Your job is to call, WhatsApp, and email existing AyurPet customers — check in on their pets, collect honest feedback, and where it makes sense, help them discover other products that could benefit their animal. This is not cold calling. Every person you reach out to has already bought from us.
It's a role that's equal parts relationship-building, listening, and light sales. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, cares about animals, and wants to learn how a real D2C brand operates from the inside — this could be a outstanding starting point.
