We're seeking someone to join our team as an experienced Vice President - HR Strats / Data Engineer in Bengaluru to lead HR Service Delivery automation initiative to drive smarter workforce decisions. This role partners closely with senior business leaders, HR, and Technology to build scalable, data-driven solutions that improve how HR operates and delivers insight to the business. The individual will drive Process Optimization, AI Adoption, and Operational Transformation in HR. This role partners with senior Business, COO, HR, and Technology leadership to identify high-impact opportunities, accelerate GenAI adoption, and build data-driven solutions that power decision-making - combining consulting-style problem solving with hands-on technical depth.

This is a Vice President level position within the HR Employee Services team which provides day-to-day support and strategic advice to stakeholders across the entire employee life cycle, including but not limited to compensation processes, employee relations, performance evaluation, talent management and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
- Design, build, test, and deploy internal HR applications and tools with user interfaces, business logic, workflow, and data.
- Lead core business/HR process cycles (compensation, workforce planning, talent reviews) end-to-end.
