Customized delivery & Engagement Matrix to cater to the diversified requirements of large number of Channel Partners.

Allocating the resources in the optimum way to ensure maximum productivity and effective delivery of training programs within stipulated guidelines

Key Accountability

Training Strategy, Architecture & Institutionalisation :

Design and drive the national training roadmap aligned to business priorities and capability gaps.
Standardise training frameworks while enabling customisation for regional/channel requirements.
Institutionalise best practices,



new processes and capability-building interventions across the channel
Stakeholder & Channel Partner Management
Build robust relationships with business leaders, regional teams and Channel Partners.
Align training priorities with business requirements and emerging market needs.
Drive higher engagement and participation in learning initiatives
Training Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement innovative learning methodologies, digital tools and best practices.
Benchmark training practices and introduce scalable interventions.
Continuously review programme effectiveness and enhance the training ecosystem.
