Magnum Networks Support Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its IP Networking & Cyber Security Infrastructure team in Bangalore and is looking for experienced professionals for two senior positions:

1. Senior Pre-Sales (Design) Engineer
A senior technical role focused on solution architecture, design, OEM engagement and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the Pre-Sales / Design Engineering team
• Understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solution architectures
• Prepare HLD/LLD, BoQ/BoM, technical proposals and compliance documents
• Evaluate and position appropriate OEM technologies and solutions
• Maintain robust understanding of the OEM ecosystem, technology portfolios, licensing and solution

positioning
• Conduct customer presentations, technical discussions and solution workshops
• Work closely with OEMs, technology partners and the Sales team




• Support opportunity development, technical closure, revenue generation and business growth
Essential: Strong presentation and communication skills, customer-facing capability and the ability to articulate and defend technical solutions.

2. Senior Post-Sales (Delivery) Engineer
A senior technical role focused on project implementation, technical delivery, troubleshooting and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the Post-Sales / Delivery Engineering team
• Take technical ownership from Pre-Sales handover through implementation and project closure
• Plan and execute deployment, configuration, migration and integration activities
• Coordinate with Project Managers, customers, OEMs and internal teams
• Review designs and implementation plans before execution
• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues
• Ensure testing, documentation, handover and timely project closure
• Handle technical escala
