Accurately enter raw data from shift logs, weighbridge slips, and production reports into the DPMS platform.
Cross-check entered data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies or "junk" data.
Update records regarding inventory levels, equipment downtime, and workforce attendance within the software modules.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from the DPMS system for departmental heads.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive plant operational data.
Report any software glitches or UI bugs in the DEMS interface to the IT support team immediately.
Prior experience with ERP or specialized proprietary software (like DPMS) is a major plus.
Perform data entry and updates in DPMS system related to project progress, materials, manpower, and documentation Maintain project records, logs, and databases with high accuracy
