Job Title: Salesforce Tester

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manual Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing, functional validation, UI testing, and data validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on multiple Salesforce implementations and possess strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end quality assurance processes.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through all phases of the software development lifecycle by collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Must Have Skills

6+ years of overall QA/Testing experience.
Hands-on experience in 3 to 5 Salesforce (SFDC) projects, with a minimum duration of 6 months on each project.
Strong experience in Salesforce Core Cloud testing.
Extensive experience in Salesforce UI Testing.




Robust knowledge of Manual Testing and Functional Testing methodologies.
Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Strong experience in SQL queries and post-data migration validation/testing.
Good functional understanding of Salesforce products and workflows.
Experience in testing web-based SaaS applications.
Knowledge of various software testing strategies, methodologies, and defect management processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with distributed/global teams.

Good To Have Skills

Healthcare domain experience.
Exposure to Salesforce data migration projects.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and end-to-end business process testing.
Understanding of test automation concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
