Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer. The position involves editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and brand campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that support storytelling and enhance brand messaging. The role also requires collaborating with designers and strategists to understand project objectives, following brand guidelines, selecting sound and music, and preparing final files optimised for various formats.



The Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain organised project assets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications
Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or comparable software).
Experience in visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and sound design to create engaging video content.
Ability to work closely with design and strategy teams to translate concepts into effective visual output.
Attention to detail, colour accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight on-site deadlines.
