Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand what

Success Looks Like Beyond The Job Description

Develop creative and unconventional sourcing and hiring strategies for

difficult-to-fill roles

Build meaningful relationships with candidates and represent the

company's culture and values throughout the hiring process

Bring fresh ideas to the recruitment process and continuously look for

ways to improve how the company attracts and evaluates talent

5 to 8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience
Experience in a start-up is very desirable, particularly someone who is comfortable working in an environment where priorities can move quickly and ownership matters
Experience in hiring for creative roles such as Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Copy Writers, WordPress Developers, Illustrators, Web Designers, UI/UX Leads, etc. is
