Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading sales initiatives in the real estate portfolio. This role involves overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met. The Senior Sales Manager will manage client acquisition and relationship-building activities, including property presentations, site visits, and contract negotiations with investors and homebuyers.



Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, analyzing market trends, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires coaching and mentoring sales staff, implementing sales best practices, and maintaining high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in real estate sales management or a similar senior sales role, preferably in the Kolkata market.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
