The Opportunity

We are hiring a Manager BizOps to own Professional Services operations, capacity planning, project governance & reporting, and audit & compliance for our services organization. This role will also manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing utilization while delivering executive-grade dashboards and insights to support P&L; and workforce decisions.

How You Will Make An Impact.

Skilled Services operations: Establish and run standardized PMO operating models, project P&L; governance, RAID frameworks, billing milestones, and cross-BU delivery processes to ensure predictable delivery and margin control
Capacity planning & resource management: Build and maintain forecasting, utilization, bench-time and resource-availability models; produce demand vs. supply sce
