Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for Kafka-based enterprise applications and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.
Monitor application and platform health and drive proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability and reliability.
Support CI/CD activities, deployments, and operational excellence initiatives.
