Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This role involves managing day-to-day interactions with customers and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The executive will maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships, follow up on feedback,



and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses, documenting customer interactions, and supporting initiatives that improve service standards and loyalty. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and representing the brand’s values in every customer touchpoint.

Qualifications

Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and empathetically.
Prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality, retail, or lifestyle
