Role Description The Sales Advocate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mundra, focused on engaging prospective community members and partners to grow Job-Less’s reach and impact. In this role, you will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach through calls, messages, and in-person conversations, and present Job-Less’s services and community benefits in a clear, compelling way. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, including maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inquiries,



and supporting recent members through onboarding. The Sales Advocate will collaborate with the customer service and training teams to ensure a positive experience for community members, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to offerings. You will also participate in regular team meetings, sales reporting, and local events or activities that promote Job-Less within the Mundra area.
