MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 6 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or
academic), or similar.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics,
Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
* 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with
executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

* Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative environment with emphasis on
teamwork and engaging with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to build good working relationships and create needed alignment with
stakeholders and leadership.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including communicating
research results in a clear, concise, and compelling way through written
reports, presentation, visual and multimodal approaches.
