We are looking for a Data Hub Lead to drive the delivery of scalable data products and modern lakehouse solutions, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with global stakeholders to advance enterprise data platforms and data-driven initiatives.

Your tasks

Leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable data products using Databricks
Managing internal and external developers and analysts while supporting continuous improvement of data platform capabilities and delivery processes
Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and reusable data solutions
Providing technical leadership to development teams and promoting data architecture standards and best practices
Driving data governance, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and platform reliability across the enterprise data landscape
Leading global data initiatives to support business growth and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, analytics, or cloud data architecture,



including a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on Databricks experience
Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows, and SQL
Experience designing and implementing modern lakehouse architectures, large-scale data pipelines, and real-time data processing solutions
Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, performance optimization, and enterprise data platforms
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with the ability to work effectively in a global setting
Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally (1–10 days per year)
