We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Accounts to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, project accounting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
Manage the end-to-end accounting function of the organization.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
Maintain the General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund utilization.
Real Estate & Project Accounting
Handle project-wise accounting and cost allocation.
Monitor project expenditures, contractor payments,



and vendor reconciliations.
Maintain customer receivables and collections.
Manage work order accounting and project-related financial transactions.
Support financial reporting for ongoing and completed projects.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Review vendor invoices and payment processing.
Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
Ensure timely vendor settlements and account reconciliations.
MIS & Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports, management reports, and financial dashboards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
