Role Description

The Founder's Office & Growth Intern will support the leadership team with strategic and operational initiatives that drive business growth. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves conducting market and competitor research, preparing reports and presentations,



and assisting with planning and execution of growth experiments and campaigns. The intern will coordinate with creators, brands, and internal teams, help streamline processes, and maintain documentation for ongoing projects. Daily responsibilities may include data analysis, content support for pitch decks or communication, tracking key performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve community engagement and user experience. The role offers close collaboration with the founder’s office, exposure to decision-making, and opportunities to learn about the creator economy and startup operations.

Qualifications

Solid analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data collection, interpretation, and basic reporting.
