Job Summary

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, resolving basic queries, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This role is suitable for a fresher who has strong communication skills and is comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer queries, requirements, and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
Guide customers on the usage of SANeForce products and services.




Coordinate with the internal technical/product teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Conduct basic product demonstrations and explain features to customers.
Support customer onboarding and provide necessary assistance during implementation.
Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the concerned team.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant inputs with the internal team.
Achieve assigned customer support and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
