Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for driving revenue growth across rooms, events, F&B;, and club memberships. This role oversees the sales strategy,



manages key accounts, and builds relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and high-value guests. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective pipeline management and forecasting. The Head of Sales collaborates with marketing and operations to develop promotional campaigns, optimize packages, and enhance guest and member acquisition and retention. The role also includes market analysis, competitor benchmarking, preparing sales reports, and representing Seven Eleven Club & Hotels at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
