Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting & Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, client invoicing, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and timesheet tracking for our US-based IT services operations.
This role requires hands-on expertise in QuickBooks, Zoho Finance Suite, and strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Client Invoicing
Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on approved timesheets, contracts, and project milestones.
Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR)



records and follow up on pending payments.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Account Managers to validate billing details and engagement information.
Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and contracts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
Manage invoicing workflows in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

Timesheet Management
Track and consolidate employee and consultant timesheets on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
Verify timesheet accuracy against project allocations and approved hours.
Follow up on missing or incomplete timesheets within deadlines.
Generate utilization, billing, and project reports through Zoho People or equivalent systems.

Payroll Processing
Support payroll processing for US and India-based employees in coordination with HR and Finance teams.
Ensure payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and deductions are accurately recorded.
