Key Responsibilities
Design and develop environments that enable advanced AI models and coding agents to learn, reason, and perform complex tasks.




Build and improve reinforcement learning environments for coding and agentic AI applications.
Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing methodologies to measure model capabilities and reliability.
Work on agentic workflows that enable AI systems to perform multi-step tasks with greater autonomy.
Contribute to enterprise data initiatives involving the collection, preparation, structuring, and validation of high-quality datasets.
Analyze AI model outputs and identify weaknesses, failure patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop tools and processes that improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of AI development workflows.
Collaborate with engineering, research, and domain experts to solve technically complex problems.
Experiment with emerging AI techniques, tools, frameworks, and development methodologies.
