Purchase Executive | Shendurjane

We are hiring a Purchase Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join our team at Shendurjane.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or related field
Salary: ₹6–8 LPA

Responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other required items. The role includes vendor management, purchase planning, negotiation, inventory monitoring, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other items.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams for procurement requirements.




• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Track supplier deliveries and ensure timely material availability.
• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documents, and procurement reports.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and develop alternate sources when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
