The Role
You'll own how our Bhopal outlets run - costs, standards, people, throughput. Bhopal is Chaileela's home market with the most established network. Direct line to the founding team and real P&L; exposure from the start.

Reports to: Head of Operations
Manages: Outlets across Bhopal and adjacent geographies assigned over time

Responsibilities
Own outlet-level P&L; - food cost, labour cost, wastage, throughput
Audit and enforce SOPs across locations; identify what's slipping and close the gap
Coordinate with procurement on stock availability and cost control
Set KPIs for outlet managers, run reviews, escalate before things break
Lead current outlet rollouts - readiness checklists, training, go-live




Own incident escalation and resolution timelines
Build ops dashboards that give leadership an accurate read on the ground

What We're Looking For
Must-have:
MBA from a recognised institution or relevant degree in related field;fresh graduates
welcome if your pre-MBA or internship work involved ops, F&B;, or consulting.
F&B;, QSR, or retail ops experience (pre-MBA or internship
Strong in Excel/Sheets - you'll build dashboards, not just look at them
Can design a system and then get on the floor to make sure it's followed
High follow-through, low maintenance

Good to have:

Worked with Petpooja, Posist, or similar POS/ops tools
Experience in a founder-led environment - the pace is different and it helps to know that going in
