Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer role based in Salem. The Web Designer will create and refine website layouts, user interfaces, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with developers and stakeholders, translating business needs into intuitive designs, and ensuring websites are responsive, accessible,



and user-friendly. The role involves preparing design mockups and prototypes, optimizing graphics for web performance, and maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints. The Web Designer will also stay current with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of delivered solutions.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills, with experience creating modern, user-centered interfaces.
Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for producing high-quality visuals, icons, and branding elements.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, such as working with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, to implement and refine designs.
