Job Description
We are looking for a senior Oracle CRM & CPQ Solution Architect cum Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM/CPQ embedded processes, product configuration, reporting, and interactive dashboards, including experience with FDI or similar analytics tools. The candidate should have successfully delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective Oracle solutions.
Skill / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Oracle CRM/CPQ, Solution Architecture, and Business Analysis.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CRM and CPQ.
Robust understanding of CRM and CPQ embedded business processes.
Good understanding of Product Configuration, product models, attributes, rules, options, and pricing.
Experience with Configure-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, and related CRM/CPQ processes.
Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle CRM/CPQ implementations.




Strong experience in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design, and functional architecture.
Understanding of reports and interactive dashboards using FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar tools.
Knowledge of CRM/CPQ integrations, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise applications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with business, functional, technical, and implementation teams.
Oracle CRM/CPQ certification is an added advantage.
