Skillyug is building practical, hands-on AI learning experiences that help students develop AI literacy, digital skills, and future-ready capabilities. We’re looking for a motivated Admissions & Student Success Executive who can connect with students and parents, understand their needs, guide them toward the right learning program, and support them throughout their journey with Skillyug.
? What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective students and parents and introduce Skillyug’s AI programs.
Understand learner goals and recommend the right program.
Counsel qualified leads and convert them into enrolled learners.
Handle questions, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Manage the complete admission and onboarding journey.
Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enrollments, and student interactions.
Build strong,



long-term relationships with students and parents.
? What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi.
Strong communication, persuasion, counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident handling calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Organized, proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused.
Comfortable working with flexible schedule.
Freshers: Strong communication, confidence, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset.
Experienced professionals: Prior experience in admissions, education counseling, inside sales, customer success, or EdTech is preferred.
? Compensation
Freshers
Fixed Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month
Additional performance-based incentives
Experienced Professionals
Fixed Pay: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/month
Additional performance-based incentives
Final compensation will depend on performance, fit, and role scope.
