Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Cochin, with some flexibility for work from home. This position is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with export and logistics regulations. The role involves monitoring shipment status, resolving delays or issues, and maintaining accurate records in logistics and supply chain systems.
The Logistics Specialist will communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates, manage expectations, and support efficient end-to-end transportation processes. The role also includes analyzing shipment performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting continuous optimization of Qatlog’s logistics operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
