Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales in the Pune market. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients on-site, conducting property visits and presentations, explaining pricing and terms, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process. The role also involves maintaining a pipeline of prospects, following up on inquiries, preparing basic sales documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams and developers for property information and approvals. The Real Estate Sales Executive will track market trends, gather competitor insights, and participate in promotional activities and events as needed. This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune, requiring regular field work and in-person client interactions.
