Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in HANA environments.
Familiarity with SAP modules integration and understanding of business processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
