Role Description The Customer Success Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves engaging with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience with RMV Workforce LLP’s services. The associate will manage customer accounts, follow up on service delivery, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, collecting feedback,



identifying opportunities for service improvement, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and contributing to a customer-centric culture.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Engagement and Customer Support to manage day-to-day interactions and inquiries.
Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build long-term relationships.
Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles within consulting, IT, BPO, or related sectors is preferred.
