What You’ll Be Doing…

As a Director, you will be leading a team focused on scaling and managing Data Engineering solutions for Verizon Corporate and Financial Analysis domains. In this setup, you will be leading a team of people managers, senior data engineers and architects. You will build best-in-class solutions and services on premise, in Cloud and / or on the edge with the ability to handle both real-time and batch workloads.



You will be devising AI strategies to make Data intake to consumption a seamless and efficient process. You will also play a key role in making Verizon a Great place to work through a strong focus on employee engagement, enablement and talent development.

Building a diverse team with a robust leadership pipeline and an inclusive culture and also attract and retain top Engineering talent.
Contributing to driving world class employee satisfaction through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment.
Mentoring and guiding Senior Data experts and people leaders.
