Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Web Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and updating the company’s websites to reflect Alverstone Drug House’s brand and mission. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes and mockups, designing user-friendly layouts, producing web graphics and visual assets, and implementing responsive designs for various devices. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, content,



and technology teams to support campaigns, product launches, and patient-focused initiatives. The Web Designer will also regularly test and optimize web pages for usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency with design guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create user-centric, accessible, and mobile-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for producing high-quality visual assets, icons, banners, and layout elements.
Experience in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to translate designs into functional web pages.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and image-editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator).
Understanding of UX/UI best practices, web accessibility standards, and basic SEO principles.
