We are currently hiring for Program Coordinator (Full-time)
This program focuses on providing comprehensive restorative care to child survivors of sexual abuse, ensuring psychosocial and legal support throughout the justice process. Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Key Functions & Responsibilities
• Liaise with authorities such as Police, Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), and medical professionals.
• Maintain case documentation, MIS, and regular progress reports.
• Organize training and capacity-building programs for staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate school visits for awareness sessions and teacher orientations.
• Participate in review meetings, data collection, and action research.
• Provide psychosocial and rehabilitation support to children and families.
• Assist in filing FIRs and coordinate legal support with lawyers/DLSA.
• Accompany children/families during court proceedings and ensure witness protection.
Qualifications
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field; or a graduate with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Sound knowledge of child protection laws and commitment to child rights.
• Solid interpersonal skills with a sensitive and diplomatic approach.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments, including late hours when required.
• Minimum commitment of 2 years preferred.
• Must own a vehicle and be ready to travel on short notice.
Remuneration 30000 per month.
