? We're Hiring: Partner Sales Manager (Channel Sales – Cybersecurity)
Are you passionate about building strong partner relationships and driving growth in the cybersecurity industry? We're looking for a Partner Sales Manager to expand and manage our channel ecosystem and accelerate revenue through strategic partnerships.

? Role Summary
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing our partner ecosystem, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), MSPs/MSSPs, and distributors. You'll play a key role in driving revenue across our cybersecurity portfolio, including Endpoint Security, XDR, Cloud Security, SIEM, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Growth
Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
Develop and expand relationships with VARs, SIs, MSPs/MSSPs, and distributors.
Execute partner recruitment and growth strategies.
Revenue Ownership
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual channel revenue targets.
Drive partner-led pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics.




Partner Development
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Enable partners through training and certifications.
Develop partner incentive programs.
Execute joint go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing activities.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
Conduct weekly forecasting reviews.
Collaborate with distributors on demand planning.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
2–3 years of Cybersecurity Product Sales experience.
3–4 years of Channel Sales experience.
Proven experience working with VARs, System Integrators, MSPs, and MSSPs.
Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as Endpoint Security, XDR, Cloud Security, or SIEM.
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
