Role Description The Relationship Manager (Edtech) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with students, parents, institutional partners, and other stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs and services. The role includes regular follow-ups,



maintaining accurate records of interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the learner lifecycle. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with sales, academic, and operations teams to support conversions, retention, and referral opportunities. The position also requires participating in events, information sessions, and outreach activities to strengthen CAREERBLOC’s brand presence and community engagement.
