Role Description The Customer Account Manager is a full time remote role responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that accounts are supported and goals are met. Day to day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and coordinating internal resources to deliver solutions. The role involves monitoring account performance,



analysing data to identify trends and opportunities and presenting insights and recommendations to clients. The Customer Account Manager will handle customer support escalations, drive customer satisfaction initiatives and proactively identify ways to expand and improve services. This position requires regular communication via email, calls and virtual meetings along with accurate documentation and reporting for each account.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Account Management and Customer Support with experience overseeing multiple client accounts or projects.
Robust Customer Satisfaction focus, including a track record of building trust, resolving issues and maintaining high retention rates.
Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make recommendations to improve account performance.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate across teams.
