About the Role
We are building a growing slate of original content properties across long-form entertainment, short-form content, creator-led formats, podcasts, live content and branded IPs.

We are looking for an Associate Producer to join our core production team and help build the operational engine behind this slate.

This is not a role limited to executing one show. You will work across multiple content properties and be responsible for ensuring that people, schedules, budgets, vendors and production resources come together smoothly across the entire slate.

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, proactive, production-minded and comfortable taking ownership.

What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day functioning of the production department across multiple content properties.
Work closely with the Executive Producer on overall production planning and execution.
Build and manage monthly and weekly production calendars.
Allocate producers, production managers,



coordinators and shoot teams across projects.
Track multiple productions simultaneously and ensure timelines are met.
Work closely with Senior Producers on pre-production, shoots and post-production handovers.
Track production budgets, spends, POs, invoices and vendor payments.
Manage and maintain relationships with production vendors, crew and freelancers.
Coordinate with the shoot team, studio team and post-production teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Identify resource requirements well in advance and plan accordingly.
Help build and implement production SOPs, systems and documentation.
Troubleshoot production challenges and find quick, practical solutions.
Ensure that production information, schedules and deliverables are communicated clearly across teams.
Build a culture of accountability, efficiency and collaboration within the production team.
