Role Description
The Technical Support Specialist will provide end-user technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key duties include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting with installations and configurations, and maintaining communications with customers to address their concerns.



The Specialist will also analyze and document customer inquiries to identify patterns and improve solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose, resolve, and prevent technical issues effectively
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to communicate effectively and ensure a seamless experience
Possess solid Analytical Skills to identify issues, spot trends, and propose solution improvements
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and workplace procedures
Prior experience in a similar technical support role is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
