Role Description The Junior Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Associate will assist senior lawyers in legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents.



Responsibilities include preparing case summaries, organizing and maintaining matter files, and supporting litigation and arbitration work, including briefing counsel and coordinating with clients. The role involves attending client meetings, court hearings, and conferences as required, while ensuring timely, accurate, and ethical support across the firm’s diverse practice areas. The Junior Associate will also stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments affecting the firm’s practice domains.
Qualifications
Law degree (LL.B) from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council (or eligibility to enroll) is preferred.
Strong foundation in core legal subjects such as contract law, company law, civil and criminal procedure, and evidence.
