Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and process transactions in accordance with business process documents.
Ensure customer happiness by demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and timely transaction processing.
Work on routine matters with minimal supervision, showing initiative in a team environment.
Continuously update job knowledge using available resources, positively impacting work results.
Be flexible and multitask, accepting ownership for new and different requests assigned by your supervisor.
Deliver timely answers to inquiries from both internal and external contributors.
Adhere to Compliance, Information Security, Internal and External statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Align with PGS policies and demonstrate flexibility as per business needs.
Develop positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transaction processing within the Insurance (Life/Health) is preferred.
Typing skills with a speed of 30 to 35 words per minute and 98% accuracy.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Open to flexible shifts and weekend working.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
